Compatibility & Installation

  • Outdoor charcoal cooking only. Never use liquid lighter fuel.
  • For indirect baking or smoking, use the correctly sized heat-deflector plates and racks; do not assume these accessories are included in this package.
  • Open a hot grill slowly: crack the lid and pause before opening fully to reduce flashback risk.
  • Use adequate help to position the heavy ceramic grill. Never lift it by the hinge; use ceramic feet where required for a table installation.
  • Keep children away from hot surfaces and let the grill cool fully before moving it.
