Build a commercial hearth around the Forno Bravo Modena OK oven kit. Its modular refractory components provide the insulated cooking core while allowing your installer to create a noncombustible support and exterior suited to the kitchen.

Compatibility & Installation

  • Build the noncombustible support and exterior according to the manufacturer installation plans.
  • Have the foundation designed for the complete oven, insulation, enclosure and venting load.
  • Arrange the approved chimney or hood system for the actual site before starting construction.
  • Commercial gas-burner installations are for indoor use; confirm fuel type, electrical requirements, burner airflow and service access with a qualified installer.
  • For the SCBMOD option, follow the supplied burner instructions for gas-only or limited gas/wood operation.
  • Cure the completed oven gradually according to the operating manual.
