Built for serious outdoor cooking, the Alfresco 56-inch Deluxe Grill pairs a spacious 770-square-inch grilling surface with an integrated dual side burner, rotisserie, smoker, and a full-width mobile cart. Choose the standard ALXE-56C configuration for three conventional Accufire™ burners, or select the ALXE-56SZC configuration to replace one conventional burner with Alfresco’s ceramic infrared Sear Zone™. Both configurations are offered for natural gas or liquid propane and include the same double-door cart with storage drawers and foldable side shelves.

  • Configuration-specific heat system: ALXE-56C models use three 18-SR stainless steel Accufire™ burners; ALXE-56SZC models use two 18-SR burners plus one ceramic infrared Sear Zone™.
  • 770 sq. in. grilling area: Heavy-duty electro-polished stainless steel cooking grates sit above ceramic briquette trays for even heat delivery.
  • Integrated dual side burner: Two 20,000-BTU burners provide 40,000 BTU of combined side-cooking power beneath a recessed, sealed top with a stainless steel cover.
  • Mega-Drive™ rotisserie: The integrated rotisserie system uses dual rear infrared burners and a chain-driven motor for smooth, balanced roasting.
  • Signature Taste™ smoker: A dedicated burner heats the integrated drawer for wood chunks, herbs, or other smoking ingredients.
  • Flexible warming space: The three-position warming rack stores up and out of the way while rotisserie cooking.
