Infratech Marine-Grade W-33 Flush-Mount Frame for 33-Inch WD-Series Heaters (18-2295MG)

• Model: 18-2295MG.
• Marine UpGrade 316 stainless steel construction.
• For compatible 33-inch WD-Series heaters; not for C-Series, CD-Series or Motif fascias.
• Supplied high-temperature 4-foot fixture whip and high-temperature ceramic wire nuts must be used.
• Adjustable L-brackets support the heater; discard the heater’s surface-mount brackets for this installation.

• Frame flange: 41 inches long × 17 inches wide; illustrated frame depth 3.75 inches.
• Minimum lined ceiling opening in the manufacturer drawing: 37 inches long × 11.75 inches wide.
• Use minimum 2 × 8 framing and a five-sided pocket lined and sealed with 5/8-inch Type X drywall. The published flush-mount system calls for a one-hour fire rating.

• For a flat, non-sloped ceiling only. The heater must face straight down and sit flush with or lower than the finished ceiling.
• Place the accessible junction box outside the sealed pocket. Keep at least 1/2 inch between decorative trim and the frame’s ventilation holes.
• Permanent installation and hardwiring require a licensed electrician. The drawings—not a marketing size—govern the complete pocket, wiring and clearance details.
• Manufacturer recommends a 15-minute cool-down after 4 hours of continuous operation for maximum heater longevity.
