• Permanent models must be hardwired by a licensed electrician; confirm the site voltage before ordering because voltage is model-specific
• For surface mounting, maintain at least 6 inches behind the heater, 18 inches from its sides and ends, and 36 inches in front. Wall mounting also requires at least 12 inches below the ceiling; ceiling mounting requires at least 6 inches below the ceiling. Minimum floor clearance is 6 feet for a UL-labeled heater or 8 feet for a UL/CUL-labeled heater. Follow every installation-specific mounting angle and clearance in the complete manual
• Install the quartz tube horizontally level and choose mounting height, quantity and aiming from the project conditions; wind and exposure can reduce effective coverage
• Standard wall/ceiling swivel brackets are included. Controls, specialized mounting accessories and branch-circuit materials are sold separately
