  • Marine UpGrade 316 stainless steel construction; regular cleaning is still required, especially after saltwater exposure.

  • At 240 V: 25 amps. Use the selected heater’s rating label for the actual electrical requirements.
  • Manufacturer planning range for the 240-volt model: 8–12 feet mounting height and approximately 11 × 11 feet average coverage. Wind, cold and exposure can reduce coverage; final installation must meet the heater label and all clearance requirements.
  • The 277-volt and 480-volt versions are for commercial use only; Infratech prohibits heaters above 240 volts for residential or household use.
  • Permanent hardwiring and servicing require a licensed electrician. Confirm site voltage and control choice before wiring.
  • Keep at least 6 inches behind the heater, 18 inches from sides and ends, and 36 inches in front. Wall mounting also requires 12 inches from the ceiling. Follow the complete manual for mounting angles, label-specific minimum height and any greater local requirement.
  • Install the quartz tube horizontally level; do not leave an operating heater unattended.
  • Disconnect power and let the heater cool before cleaning. Remove salt deposits with fresh water and a soft cloth, then dry thoroughly.
