The Alfresco AXEFWC adds buffet-style food holding to a compatible Alfresco cart grill without requiring a separate serving station. It replaces the cart's left side table and combines three removable 1/3-size stainless-steel food pans with a slide-out chafing tray for convenient access to Sterno-type fuel canisters.
