The Alfresco AG-SF Steamer/Fryer/Pasta Cooker expands a compatible Alfresco grill with a drop-in vessel for steaming, frying, boiling and blanching. It replaces a cooking grate so you can prepare foods such as pasta or shellfish on one side while continuing to grill on the other.
