An all stainless steel construction is heli-arc welded to create a seamless exterior, which makes cleaning up as simple as wiping grease away. The Sear Zone™ is a phenomenal ceramic infrared searing system. It’s capable of preheating to over 1,400˚ Fahrenheit in about 4 minutes! The quick heating allows this burner to flash caramelize foods.

Locking in juices and flavor is an easy job for this Alfresco grill, especially since these outdoor grills are designed with porcelain ceramic briquettes. The pyramid shaped briquettes collect the drippings from grilled foods. Then, the drippings are vaporized and turned into a flavorful smoke.
