The CBO-750 Hybrid residential countertop oven with skirt combines a wood fire with two dedicated gas burners, giving the cook a live-fire option plus faster gas-assisted heat-up and recovery. Natural-gas and liquid-propane versions are factory-specific and cannot be converted in the field.
