The Alfresco AXE-PZA Pizza Oven Plus delivers high-heat gas cooking in a countertop format. It preheats in about 15 minutes and is designed for three-minute Neapolitan-style pizza as well as roasting, baking, and cast-iron searing. A thick ceramic hearth and ceiling, dedicated hearth and tube-log burners, and a broad 8.5-inch opening create a versatile outdoor oven with room to work.
