The Alfresco AXE-PZA-PPC Pizza Prep Cart creates a purpose-built mobile prep station for the AXE-PZA Countertop Pizza Oven. With dedicated space for toppings, cutting and plating, plus insulated ice storage and organized utility storage, it keeps the full pizza-making workflow together outdoors. The pizza oven and gas cylinder are sold separately.

  • Removable folding side table: Expands the prep surface when needed and folds away for a smaller footprint.
  • Organized prep space: Includes a plate shelf, open storage, utility drawer, cutting board and covered condiment area.
  • Cold ingredient storage: An insulated ice drawer holds the included 6-inch-deep stainless steel ice pan.
  • Integrated fuel storage: Includes a gas-tank compartment with a sliding tank tray; the gas cylinder is customer supplied.
  • Included condiment components: Four condiment pans, four bowls, condiment well, tray holder, well cover and supporting spacers are shown in the official drawing.
