Overall dimensions are taken from Alfresco’s official installed 56-inch cart-grill drawing. Final dimensions depend on the correctly matched grill head and completed assembly.

  • XE-56C is the standard non-refrigerated cart used in Alfresco’s current ALXE-56C, ALXE-56SZC, and ALXE-56BFGC cart-grill configurations.
  • Confirm the grill-head model and serial number with Alfresco or an authorized dealer before ordering this cart as a replacement or conversion component.
  • This cart does not change a grill head’s fuel type. The grill, gas supply, regulator, and connections must match the selected natural-gas or liquid-propane configuration.
  • For a completed cart-grill installation, Alfresco requires outdoor use, at least 3 inches around all sides of the cart for airflow, and the front casters locked before operation.
  • Cart models must not be used beneath an overhead unprotected combustible surface. Follow the clearance requirements on the grill’s rating label and in the current Care & Use Manual.
  • Grill head, LP cylinder, gas and electrical connections, cover, wind guard, side burner, cooking inserts, and other accessories are sold separately.
