The Alfresco ALXE-56BFG 56-Inch Luxury All-Grill is built for outdoor cooks who want maximum grilling space without giving up specialized heat. Its full-width 998-square-inch cooking surface combines three stainless steel Accufire™ U-burners with a dedicated ceramic infrared Sear Zone™, giving you broad, even heat for everyday grilling and concentrated high heat for steakhouse-style searing.

Beyond the main cooking surface, the ALXE-56BFG includes Alfresco’s integrated Mega-Drive™ rotisserie with dual infrared burners and the Signature Taste™ smoking system with its own burner and wood-chunk drawer. Commercial-grade stainless steel construction, halogen work lights, illuminated controls, and a spring-assisted hood complete a powerful built-in centerpiece for a serious outdoor kitchen.

  • Confirm the selected natural gas or liquid propane model before installation. Gas connection and any authorized fuel conversion should be completed according to Alfresco’s instructions and local codes.
  • Verify the current Alfresco installation drawing before cutting the countertop; bullnose, subtop, backsplash, rotisserie-motor, and access requirements can affect the finished opening.
  • This built-in model does not include an integrated side burner. Alfresco’s AXESB-2C is a separate cart-mounted accessory and is not included with this grill head.
  • Optional carts, refrigerated bases, insulating jacket, covers, wind guards, and drop-in cooking accessories are sold separately unless specifically included in the order.
