The Alfresco AIC-POD Indirect Roasting Pod turns a compatible grill into an indirect-heat roasting zone. It installs in place of a cooking grate, with the removed grate positioned over the pod, while adjacent burners provide the gentle convection heat used for slow roasting and self-basting.

  • Indirect roasting setup: Creates separation between the food and direct burner heat.
  • Drop-in installation: Replaces an existing cooking grate without requiring removal of the briquettes or briquette tray on the documented ALXE installation.
  • Self-basting support: Uses the drip pan from the grill’s rotisserie kit to collect drippings for basting juices and sauces.
