Installation/Compatibility Note

Choose the natural-gas or LP configuration that matches the site and have every connection leak-tested. Use the cart outdoors only, never beneath an unprotected combustible overhead surface, with at least 3 inches of clearance around all sides for airflow. Lock the front casters before cooking. The sliding shelf is provided for an LP cylinder, but the cylinder itself is customer supplied; natural-gas piping enters at the rear as shown in the factory drawing.
