Installation/Compatibility Note

Order the AAEP-26C fuel variant that matches the intended gas supply. The LP configuration uses a customer-supplied cylinder on the included sliding shelf; the natural-gas piping location is at the rear of the cart. Use outdoors only, allow at least 3 inches of clearance around every side of the cart for airflow, and lock the front casters before cooking. Connect and leak-test the selected gas system in accordance with local codes and the current manufacturer manual; installation should be completed by a qualified professional.
