Combustible enclosures require insulating liner 3176-52, sold separately, and the liner-specific cutout. Follow the model manual for countertop overhang, substrate, ventilation and clearances.
Choose natural gas or propane to match the installed fuel supply. Have a qualified installer verify the current E660i-1T4 manual and supplied unit before cutting the enclosure. The griddle is intended for outdoor use.
