Description Features Specifications & Fit Before Use Resources

Keep the wood fire contained while leaving more of the cooking floor available in your original Gozney Dome. The AD1588 Wood Rack supports the fire slightly above the stone, allowing air to circulate beneath the wood and helping manage loose debris.

  • Stainless steel rack designed for use inside the original Dome.
  • Raised support encourages airflow from the oven’s ashtray vent.
  • Helps organize the fire and preserve usable cooking space.
Manufacturer part AD1588
Accessory type In-oven wood-fire rack
