Enjoy a fresh draft pour in your outdoor kitchen with the Perlick 15-inch Signature Series beverage dispenser. Its 2.8-cubic-foot cabinet holds one sixth-barrel keg in a compact undercounter footprint.

  • Forced-air refrigeration helps maintain consistent temperatures throughout the keg cabinet.
  • Stainless steel interior, white LED lighting and an audible open-door alarm.
  • Front ventilation allows undercounter installation when airflow and required clearances are maintained.
  • Single-faucet draft-arm tower with Perlick 650SS forward-sealing flow-control faucets.
  • Outdoor-rated stainless steel construction with Perlick Anti-Condensation System. This standard outdoor model does not include Marine & Coastal Perlick Armor.
  • R600a refrigerant and automatic off-cycle defrost.
  • Manufacturer model family: HP15TO-4.
  • Net refrigerated volume: 2.8 cubic feet.
  • Keg capacity: one 1/6-barrel keg.
  • Temperature range: 33°F–42°F, as listed on Perlick’s current exact-model page and current HP15T controller table.
  • Electrical supply: 115 VAC, 60 Hz, single phase.
  • The exact-model specification sheet lists a 1.7-amp running load. Follow the appliance rating label and installation instructions for electrical requirements.
  • 6-foot grounded cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug; no plumbing connection required.
  • Manufacturer-listed shipping weight: 144 pounds.
  • Manufacturer-rated cooling capacity: 1,000 BTU per hour.
  • Cabinet dimensions in the manufacturer drawing: 14⅞ inches wide × 24 inches deep (depth tolerance ± ¹⁄₁₆ inch) × 34⁵⁄₁₆ inches high, excluding the dispensing tower.
  • Tower height above the cabinet top in the drawing: 15½ inches including the depicted tap handle. Mounting through a countertop changes the finished installed height.
  • The summary specification table rounds the cabinet to 14⅞ × 24 × 34¼ inches; use the detailed drawing for final cabinet planning.
  • Standard handle projection: 1⅜ inches. Custom panels and pulls can change finished depth.
  • Adjustable leveling feet can add up to ¾ inch; measure the installed unit rather than treating cabinet height as fixed.
  • The current installation manual specifies an opening 15 inches wide × 24 inches deep × 34⅜ to 35½ inches high. The model specification sheet separately lists a standard opening 15 × 24⅞ × 34½ inches. A 24-inch installation depth requires the electrical connection beside the installation cavity.
  • Allow 25 inches of clear space in front for full door swing or drawer access. The door must open at least 90°; use the installation manual’s corner-filler requirements where applicable.

Use a properly grounded 15-amp outlet and install the supplied anti-tip brackets for stationary installations. Keep the front grille unobstructed, level the cabinet and support countertops independently. Optional casters follow separate installation instructions.

Stainless steel doors use finish code 1; panel-ready solid doors use code 2. Choose the required left or right hinge. Panel-ready selections require custom panels and handles supplied by you or your cabinetmaker; decorative wood panels shown in photos are not included. Follow the linked panel template, which applies to orders entered on or after January 1, 2016.

This listing is the factory-lock version. In the model code, LL means left hinge with a lock and RL means right hinge with a lock. Photos are representative; your selected finish, hinge, faucet count and lock option determine the supplied configuration.

The manufacturer tapping instructions cover the tower, beverage and gas lines, regulator, low-profile keg coupler(s), and the manifold used on two-faucet systems. The current exact-model page identifies D-system Lo-Boy coupler(s). Choose a keg compatible with the supplied coupler; other keg systems may require a separate compatible coupler. Perlick states that CO₂ tanks ship empty and must be filled before use; beer and a CO₂ fill are not included.

Install the cabinet before the dispensing equipment. For countertop mounting, align the cabinet access hole with the countertop openings and use the full-size mounting template in the tapping instructions. Confirm the template prints at scale before cutting. Adara towers have additional air-tube preparation instructions. Follow the complete manufacturer procedure rather than using the product photos as an installation guide.

Follow Perlick’s outdoor seasonal-maintenance instructions before cold-weather shutdown. Turn the unit off, disconnect power as directed, remove contents and clean the cabinet and condenser. The guide instructs owners not to place a cover over the unit. Resume use only under the conditions specified in the manufacturer instructions.

For eligible new HP and HC undercounter refrigeration produced January 4, 2021 or later, Perlick publishes a limited six-year parts-and-labor warranty, capped at 75 months after shipment from Perlick. Beverage-dispensing components have a separate one-year parts-and-labor warranty, capped at 15 months after shipment. Coverage is for the original purchaser, requires proper registration and is subject to installation, care, cosmetic-coverage limits and other exclusions in the linked warranty statement. Floor models follow separate terms.
