Serve wine and other drinks at their preferred temperatures in the Perlick CR30C. This 30-inch dual-zone residential column pairs smooth-glide, self-closing wine shelves with a lower beverage zone, a full-extension floor bin and a panel-ready glass door. Select a left- or right-hinge model for your installation. The stainless door overlay pictured in Perlick’s gallery is optional and sold separately.

  • Wine-zone red, white and cellar modes, each adjustable from 40–68°F; lower beverage zone adjustable from 37–45°F and factory set to 40°F.
  • Manufacturer-rated storage up to 55 standard 750-mL wine bottles and 230 standard 12-oz cans in a 16.9-cu.-ft. interior; actual mix affects capacity.
  • Full-extension, self-closing wine shelves designed to limit vibration; removable stainless shelf fronts; full-extension stainless bottom bin.
  • Triple-pane UV-resistant glass, blue or white fade-on LED lighting with five brightness levels, carbon air filtration and stainless-steel interior.
  • PerliQ touch controls for temperatures, lighting and Sabbath mode; R600a refrigerant.
  • Panel-ready glass door accepts a separately purchased custom or stainless-steel overlay. Perlick says components for fitting a lock to a compatible custom panel are included; a finished locking panel is not included.
  • Models: CR30C-2-4LL (left hinge) and CR30C-2-4RL (right hinge). Choose the hinge before ordering; the door is not field-reversible.
  • Indoor residential built-in dual-zone beverage and wine column.
  • Appliance size without overlay: 29¾" W × 24 1/16" D × 84" H. Leveling legs permit up to ¾" added height.
  • Required opening: 30" W × 25" D × 84" H. Depths exclude the door panel; Perlick specifies a minimum ⅝" overlay. Verify full fit and panel requirements in the installation guide.
  • Door-open depth at 90°: 49¾" without overlay, with the included hinge-stop pin installed. Allow 2" beside a wall if the door opens toward it.
