Dimensions above follow the model-specific installation drawing. Brackets, gas fittings and required clearances need additional space. The manufacturer recommends a typical horizontal mounting height of 8–11 feet. These are comfort-planning guidelines, not substitutes for minimum clearances to combustibles.
Professional gas and electrical installation is required. Follow the exact heater’s installation manual for fuel pressure, ventilation, mounting, clearances and annual service. This unvented heater must not be recessed or placed in an alcove or enclosure. This fixed-mount package is for outdoor residential and commercial patios, with the heater mounted horizontally and the included heat shield fitted. The included 10-inch fixed bracket is not an indoor mounting configuration.
SunStar lists a three-year limited warranty on the burner assembly and one year on controls, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
