Replace the matching gas orifice in a compatible Sunstone infrared burner with the correct fuel-specific service part. Choose natural gas or propane to match the appliance and its original orifice; the two versions are not interchangeable.

Selection Manufacturer part
Liquid Propane P-Orfice-IR-LP
Natural Gas P-Orfice-IR-NG
  • One replacement infrared-burner gas orifice in the fuel version selected.
  • Sunstone identifies this as its IR orifice, distinct from the P-Orfice-LP/NG standard-burner parts.
  • The product photo shows the part's general form; the fuel-specific opening must be matched by part reference, not appearance.
  • Burner, gas valve and other conversion or installation components are not included.

Have a qualified gas-appliance technician verify your grill model, original infrared-burner part and fuel supply before ordering or installation. This is a replacement part, not a universal performance upgrade or a complete fuel-conversion kit. Do not drill, enlarge or substitute an orifice based on the photo. Follow the appliance manufacturer's service requirements and leak-test the gas system after service.
