The TrueFlame 30-inch gas griddle brings a flat cooking surface to the outdoor kitchen for breakfast, vegetables, burgers and seared favorites. Two separately controlled burners and a heat-zone separator let you organize the surface around the meal.

Compatibility & Installation

  • Outdoor use only. Remove the lid before lighting and never leave the operating appliance unattended.
  • Have a qualified installer verify the exact fuel model, regulated supply, enclosure ventilation and required clearances.
  • Maintain at least 18 inches from the sides and back to adjacent vertical combustible construction. Above the cooking surface, at least 1 inch of rear clearance to noncombustible construction is required; 1 inch at the sides is recommended.
  • An exhaust hood is required under any overhead construction. Follow the complete griddle manual and the selected liner instructions; never operate beneath unprotected combustible overhead construction.
  • Check the actual appliance and the manufacturer drawing before fabrication.
