A flex-line kit, key valve and ignition system are not included. Enclosure, decorative media, fuel supply and any site-specific regulator or additional plumbing are separate. This is not a complete ready-to-connect fire pit.

The technical drawing carries a ¾-inch tolerance. These are component measurements, not a finished enclosure cutout or installed height. Confirm the actual components, support, ventilation and service access before fabrication.
For outdoor use only. A qualified gas professional must verify the fuel supply and install the burner in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and local codes. These are gas-specific CFB240 versions, not the newer universal burners. Use a supported, noncombustible enclosure with proper drainage, ventilation and an accessible external gas shutoff. Observe the manual's clearances, approved-media limits and maintenance requirements. Never leave an operating fire feature unattended.
Warming Trends' full lifetime warranty applies to the CROSSFIRE brass burner, subject to the manufacturer's terms and exclusions. It does not extend that burner coverage to the plate, optional accessories or third-party installation services.
